Bronze Balloons Balloon Info and Policies

Ordering balloons for your special event? We got you, but there's a bit you need to know. So, take your time, read through, and learn all there is to know!

General longevity information

General Longevity Information

  • The average life span of an 11 inch balloon is 48 HOURS.
  • The average life span of a jumbo balloon (24-36 inch) is 2-3 days maximum. 
  • Cold air, hot air, humidity, and moving air from vents and fans will reduce balloon float times. 
  • Direct sunlight may make balloons pop. 
  • Cold environments may cause balloon shrinkage. Winds can cause balloons to pop. 
  • When transporting, balloons should not remain in bags any longer than 30 minutes. 
  • All sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items.

Bronze Balloons Policies

  • Payment MUST be rendered prior to balloon inflation. 
  • Installations require a consultation. Clients MUST FIRST complete consultation form on homepage. You will then an email with scheduled time and invoice to discuss your special celebration. 
  • Scheduled consultations require a $150 deposit (nonrefundable) and are 20 minutes in length. 
  • Deposit will be applied to order being discussed ONLY. 
  • There is a ONE TIME complementary change. Additional changes to orders will be assessed. 



Delivery

  • Minimum delivery order is $100.
  • Deliveries, with the exception of installations are DROP OFF ONLY. 
  • Unfortunately, at this time, we DO NOT offer white glove service. Balloons are delivered party ready. Client is responsible for set up. 
  • Clients will receive a delivery window with estimated time. 
  • Delivery rate starts at $30 local fee. 

Bronze Balloons performs a quality check on all balloons. If in the event there is an issue with your Bronze Balloons' order, please phone in immediately.
